Delivery & Returns
When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Miss Samantha’s Vintage.
Our delivery charges to anywhere in the UK are £3.99.
Miss Samantha’s Vintage delivers to other countries, however this will result in additional charges. This is dependant on the country.
Customs and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Miss Samantha’s Vintage, but should wish to return an item for exchange or refund this must be done in 14 days of receipt. If an item is to be returned back to us it MUST follow these conditions.
- The item must be in unworn condition.
- The item must be free from makeup and odour.
- All tags must be still attached and returned with the original packaging.
- All items are carefully packed.
- The item must have been posted back to us WITHIN 14 days of you receiving it.
FAILURE TO MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL MEAN THE ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Please email Miss Samantha’s Vintage before you return any item back to us. You must include an explanation of why you are wanting to return it.
You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Providing the item meets with our conditions of return.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the postage and packing costs of returning any unwanted items. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU TO COST OF RETURNING THE ITEMS TO US.
Miss Samantha’s Vintage is not responsible for any items that go missing in the post, so it is advisable that it be returned by registered post. In the event that you wish to exchange an item, the postage and packing will be charged. We do not refund delivery costs unless we have sent you the wrong item. Items may not be exchanged for a different product. If you require a different product you must place a new order for that purchase.
Miss Samantha’s Vintage does not refund or exchange the following items. UNDERWEAR, PETTICOATS, SWIMMING COSTUMES, EARRINGS or SUNGLASSES.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
